Double click on the SUBJECT of a message to read it. Clicking on the sender will create a blank reply message to that sender, rather than display the message in question. If a sender you trust has sent you a message with images that you cannot see, click the 'Display Images' link as shown below.
Select the message by clicking once on the subject of the message. Selected message can be deleted by pressing the delete key on the keyboard, clicking the delete Select the first message by clicking once on the subject of the message. To select additional messages hold down the control key, and click the subject of these messages. To select several messages in a series, select the first, hold down the control and shift keys, and then click the last message. Delete the messages by pressing the delete key on the keyboard, clicking the delete Type your search terms in the white box on the top left of the webmail screen. Press enter to start the search. See the 'Front Page Explained' graphic if you're unable to locate this area. Adding a Recipient from the Address Book The compose page features an inline address book. Just begin to type the recipient's name and the server will provide a list of possible matches. Click on the desired name.
First select the trash folder, and then click empty.
Send a message to more than one recipient from the address book To send a message to more than once recipient, first click the Address Book button at the top of the page. This will provide a list of contacts in your address book. Select the first by clicking their name once. Hold down the control key to select additional contacts. To select all contacts, select the first and then holding down the control and shift keys click the last.
Select the message by clicking the subject once, then drag the message into the appropriate folder listed on the left-hand sid |
