In-house: Bench Diagnosis Fee of $15.00 Applies... Service charges are billed in 15 minute increments at an hourly rate of $66.00 an hour, with customer approval.

Onsite: Service Call Charge of $50.00 may apply. Onsite service charges are billed in 15 minute increments at an hourly rate of $66.00 an hour per tech.
